Refund/Return Policy

Our refund and return policies are subject to change. Any changes will be posted here as they occur.

We do not offer returns other than for unopened printed books. We give purchasers ample opportunity, before buying the book, to read the first two chapters, read all chapter titles, and read supporting blog and website materials that give a clear indication of what they are buying.

Printed Books

We will accept a printed book return within 14 days of the date that a purchaser receives an order if we receive the returned book in its original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return a book under these conditions, it should be shipped at the purchaser’s expense to the following address:

eBooks

We are unable to accept returns for eBooks. Once purchased, eBooks cannot be refunded.
