PRINTED BOOKS

When possible we ship printed books the day the order is received. Otherwise, we try to ship within 24 hours. Shipping options are as follows:

• Domestic U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 business days) @ $5.95 USD
• International Priority Mail (6-10 business days) @ $14.45 USD

Once printed books are in the hands of the postal carrier, the responsibility for their delivered condition is that of the postal carrier.

EBOOKS: Downloading your eBook

Your eBook download comes with instructions for the downloading process and the use of your eBook. There is a link for downloading help if needed.

Each copy of the eBook is intended for use on a single computer. You must first decide which computer you want to access it from before downloading. Your eBook will be blocked from use on a second computer. However, should you need to reinstall the eBook or have other special circumstances, you will need to contact us.

Our eBook is available in the Microsoft Windows format (.exe file). If you are using a Mac computer, however, you may access it using any of the popular Windows Emulator utilities such as Desktop Parallels: http://www.parallels.com

At MegaMom Media we do not take any responsibility for your use of the internet when viewing or downloading our content. You assume all responsibility for protecting your computer from internet threats.

Printing of your eBook is not allowed. Sharing from one computer to another is also not allowed.

If you did not receive your registration code after purchasing the eBook, first make sure that your purchase was completed correctly. Refer again to the instructions for downloading your eBook. After you have made sure that you have followed them completely, and if you still have not received your registration code, contact us at sales@megamommedia.com and we will help you within one or two business days to resolve the issue.
